Dear Keith,

Just a note to thank you for replacing the mirror that [a major home improvement center] workers broke, and for fixing the mirror that [another local glass company] messed up. I had miserable exeriences with both of those companies, and I am appreciateive that your company acted expediently to remedy all of their mistakes. First they mismeasured, then they sent out untrained and unprofessional workers who did not know what they were doing. The mirror was installed improperly, and they chose to cut corners they shouldn't have, giving me a less than perfect job. I know now that [a major home improvement center] is nothing but the general contractor who farms the jobs out to all sorts of people from other companies who have no experience, and don't have a clue what they're doing. They broke a mirror trying to install bathroom countertops. They tore my new wallpaper during the installation, and they cut the piece of Corian incorrectly because it was measured incorrectly. I think they have grown into too big an organization. It taught me a valuable lesson to go straight to the experts as one would find a specialist in medicine if they had a specific disease.

It was a horrible experience altogether, and as a Realtor, I am no longer recommending either of those companies to my clients who are newcomers to the Northwest Houston area. They look to me for recommendations when they don't know who to trust. Rest assured, I will give the Coral Concepts number to anyone who requests someone in your field.
